Students stand and smile in inside the bowl at Lambeau Field.

Select middle school students were invited to attend the Green Bay Packers' EMPOWER event on January 16, 2025.

Students from Aldo Leopold Community School, Dr. Rosa Minoka-Hill School, Edison Middle School, Franklin Middle School, John Dewey Academy of Learning, Northeast Wisconsin School of Innovation and Washington Middle School attended.

The purpose of this event is to build leadership skills and confidence in students.

This year's speaker engaged students in discussion and self-reflection on the importance of fearing less and strategies to make sure their fears don't get in the way of their dreams and goals.
